Good morning Guest-of-honour and members of the floor. Let me start my speech off by asking a very simple question. Are our parents always right? Everything they say, everything they do.. Are they always right? Well, personally, i do not think that all parents are right all the time. We are all humans, and humans do make mistakes. Personally, i feel that parents nowadays do no understand their children. Most of the time, they seemingly claim that what they do is all for thier children's good. Yes, indeed, it might be good, however, they never thought of how their children feel. They look at things from their own point of view, sometimes neglecting how their children would feel. Results from street surveys n surveys in schools have shown that most students hate their childhood life. Why is this so? Well, there can be afew reasons to it. First, parents are demanding, sometimes too demanding. They expect their children to listen to whatever they say. They might demand their child to do extremely well in studies. As for students who are not academically inclined, parents usually makes sure their child do whatever they command, so as not to go astray. Some times, parents' demands can be very unreasonable, or sometimes even things that can never happen. Another reason might be parents neglecting their children. In a modern society today, most adults work. As competition in the work era is very high, people have to work extra hard so as to keep their jobs. Some parents have to work overtime all the time. When parents are too focused on work, they often do not spend enough time with their children, thus neglecting them. Children might not feel as loved as before and do not like home. All in all, i feel that parents are children's role model. They should shower love, care and concern on their child, and also set a good example for the next generation to follow suit. So, how do we make sure that children do not feel neglected? Well, i would suggest parents to take some time off work and have family outings. This way, the family can bond together and have more time to communicate and understand one another better. Family ties are one of the strongest ties on earth. Parents are important in our lifes. Without our parents, we would not exist. Hope that relationships between parents and their child would improve. Thankyou

omG! i didnt go 4 make-up lesson 2dae... shyt.. overslept.. nw got alot more to catch up le i guess =X anw, eating my brunch nw. duno wat i shld do lata, guess i wld go complete my hmwrk 1st. then if got tym do revision n lastly play games.

ytd, we had our badminton sec1 orientation. it was reli fun. we had a snack = chicken wings n a drink= n then aft that was WATER BOMB! wee~ we reli had lots of fun . i wasnt reli wet.. phew.. haha! actually i wld love to be wet =P we were divided into 4 grps. i was in grp 3 . there were 3 sec1s freshies here too. we were suppose to noe each others name. hmm.. they are huihui , avelin, and yonghong. haha! i rmbed X)due to the rate we were throwing, the water bombs ran out. however!the game still goes on.. another extreme infact. we actually used the pail that holds the water bombs, fill it up, n literally pour over another peerson! ^^ plus, we had 3 additional water guns.. which came out of nowhere. haha! some of us plyed ice n water at the parade sq. after all the briefing. i left earlier, n by that tym, it was alreadi 7.30++

took a cabbiee home. had lots of things with me, didnt wana stand 45 min on the train n walk another 15 min hm.. lol! lazzyy.. anw, reached hm, noone there. went to bathe n went str8 play com. mum came back with my dinner! ^^ it was meegoreng.. lol..taste quite nice, 4got to ask her where she bought it frm XD

slept at 2++ ytd. stopped gamin at arnd 2.30, then went into my rm to read a bk.. lol! read few pages n fell aslp.. diao! n i woke up only at noon >.< .. late 4 make-ups lerh..

okayy.. im now going to clear all the cobwebs n sorta revive my bloggie that is nt vry alive previously.. haha.. shall try to post everyday or at least once evry2 days.. self-discipline.. haha! well, today was quite slack larh. in fact it IS slack. we only had proper lessons fer chinese, core.hist and chem n bio.. the rest tcher all go 4 interview.. haha! then we sorta slacked abit larh..

today had a.mths common test.. was it hard? well i think its okayy larh.. mr poh scared us when he said this test wld be chalenging larh! haha! n i was super lucky today.. i finished the paper lyk 10-15 min before.. then i boliao, go copy all the qns dwn with my ans.. ( mayb lata can check n do again) then check check check.. halfway found out i freakingly missed out 1 qns larh! haha.. a 3marks qns.. lucky still got like abt 10 min to do.. if not i die larh, 3 marks gone lyk tt. =X

right aft commontest was our chinese yanyu test. it was quite okayy larh.. cos got the hanyupinyin.. but imagine, it wld definitely b a disaster if the hanyupinyin isnt there. 40 yanyu.. i cant rmb all lorh.. haha. so we're lucky larh.. aft that chem did covalent bonding, then bio did digestive sys. i was able to take the chinese open book test! yay! act leelaoshi say i cant take cos nvr produce mc last thurs. then lucky she say can, cos other cls tchers oso let their students take the test. wah! if not i die larh. the whole open book thing 20 marks, + the yanyu test 30 marks. total 50. so if she reli dun let me take the test arh.. the most i can get is lyk 25++? wah! that means juz passed onli le! sure wld pull my avg dwn.. but heng =) hehe..

anw, the book test quite okayy larh. i did a diff paper frm wat my cls ppl do. haha.. do other cls de, cos cher scared i noe wat was given le. =) but i reli dono.. haha.. nv go arnd n ask.. ( got integrity k? ) lol -.-ll

hmm.. then aft the test finished, rushed back to cls 4 mths make-up lesson. i was lyk 1/2 hr late?? bt mr poh say nvm, cos i told him went to take retest =) now i have to relli study sets on my own lerh.. haha! went to cls, blur blur de, dono wat cher tokin, cos he go vry far le.. haha! too bad bah.. must jiayou! =)

i got 2 hmwrk haven complete yet.. haha! eng summary n chi essay.. lets c.. aimin to settle these 2 things in 1n 1/2 hr? haha.. which wld finish arnd 10.30. hmm. shall post another lame post later.. when i finish.. =)

wee~ harlo =) juz brought my dog for a walk. my sis followed too! she went to the playgrounds. kelvry was so cute larh! even though she pooed. lol! anyway, today's a very relaxing day. its family day! went rivervale plaza for breakfast, then went to buy some groceries. we were paying at the counter at ntuc, then we realise 4gt to take potatoes, then ask my cuz go take, inthe end she cant find the potatoes n went to the wet market much further away to buy. -.-ll c she so long nv cum back, i went to take lorh. then i found it in ntuc ( V ) hehe.. then we were lyk laughin at her blurness?! cant stand her, this cuz reli super blur.

now still haven finish chinese blog. the 2 drafts that i have done yesterday are published lerh.. which means i have 3 in total. i have another 1 pending draft which adds up to a total of 4 . im only 1+ away frm the criteria. but a large dist away frm my target. haha! i wana do lyk a total of 8? yupp.. arnd there. hopefully by end of holidays, i wld have hit 12. thats my target =x ( grins)
is it abit high? haha! but im sure if i set out to do sth and if i put an effort, i wld achieve it.

ohhyar... im back.. lol.. on friday.. melek, jingying and i went to play pool.. haha.. it was fun larh.. lots of funny things happen.. and some vs guys came and asked to join. then we played with them lorh.. i rmb the last game.. melek wanted to 'challenge' me.. kaka! so lucky lorh.. haha.. i won her! yay! by 1 ball.. lol.. dono wat happened that day.. melek was like leading all the way through out the game larh.. but she keep missing her last ball, so she cant proceed to hit the black one.. lol.. then it was my turn and i had 3 or 4 balls left on the table.. 3/4 vs 1 ... damn lucky.. it all went in at one go larh. i meant 1 time. i meant arh! forget it, it all sounds wrong.. but nvm. so it all went in including the blackie!! yay! cool..

aft that.. jinying brought mangoes down.. so we ate mangoes. i seriously think melek's tastebud got prob. haha! the mangoes were super sweet larh! both jingying and i agreed to it. BUT, melek said it was BITTER. we were like.. no! its damn sweet larh.. how can be bitter? you sure not? eh..mango got bitter one meh? sour still acceptable, but bitter? then shes like its F'ing bitter larh.. then she did not want to swallow it and had to pui out. budden she didnt wana do it in public! then we had to lyk block her so that she can pui . but its lyk hu wld wana c larh?! but anw.. it was gross larh! super disgusting. then aft that she guggled her mouth with e water in me waterbottle. the first time she squirt, she said she got the wrong angle .. then some of the water went into her nose.. and she choked.. shes lyk laughing and laughin nonstop at herself. then jingying and i oso there laughin at her. shes so comical larh. then aft that jingying said sth that 'offended' her. then they started runnin arnd the whole plc.( melek chasing Jy) i couldnt be bothered to join in.. its lyk so dumb larh. run arnd e estate? no way man. then melek got tired and stopped runnin.. haha. dumb.

well, fastforward. melek and i needed to go hm. jingying walked us to the gate . the wind was blowing lyk mad. our hairs were all messed up. they were lyk almost flyin off our heads? lol.. exageration. then Jy took a vid w/all our hairs flying. super funny vid. and its a retarded one too. good for laugh.

so melek and i walked to the mrt stn. it was wierd, we saw many ppl frm our sch gn back to sch. -.-?? puzzled. we went separate ways aft that. she took e train to tamp while i headed 4 cityhall. took the train all the way to cityhall, then changed to dhouby ghaut, then aft that change to another line, the one going towards punggol. damn far larh! then i was standing throughout the whole journey. the train i took at cityhall is super full. i was like juz afew mm away frm the door. then when the door close almost hit my head. but nvm, its only 1 stop to dhouby(lucky). then reached sengkang mrt only like 1+ hr later. went compass pnt to meet mummy for dinner.

after that went popular. bought chem n bio guides + amth assessment. haha! seems lyk im reli gona mug during the holidays. hopefully..keep my fingers crossed. aft that went hm lerh. poor kelvry, at hm , haven had dinner yet. went hm fed her, then brought her downstairs for her walk, at the same time bring my sis to playground. btw, kelvry is a doggie=) lol! aft that went hm lerh. packed my room and went straight to bed. was freaking tired. lie down literally fell aslp lerh. woke up at 8+ today. checked my fone, realised kor msged me at 12.04. in the end i replied him loh. he replied >thnx for waking me up.. zZz.. im lyk oops.. haha. i woke him up at 8+. if not dono he can slp till wat time. sorry kor!

anw, went to my aunt's hse aft that. brought my sis there. went hougang pnt 2.did many things which im sure u all dun wana know. cos its so common and boring. then after that went compass point. mummy bought sth for me.. haha. thnx! =) after that went home lerh loh.. and frm then till now, here i m in front og this square thing, letting my fingers exercise. haha! i think i have said what i wanted to say lerh lorh. lyk dun reli know wat to say lerh. shall go read the chi book and update another few posts for my chinese blog. i have already 3 posts sorta done. haha! later go read thru n check first then publish. the no. of posts required to be in by tmr is 5. think i wld b able to complete it by then. hmm. shall do more than 5 if i find enuff nice entries in the book.

sorry for not updating! aiya, not i want de kayys? lol.. com crashed.. both somemore.. how suay can i get? lol.. nvm. that aside. i shifted house lerh.. but then super far from sch larh! sianed.. now every morning must wake up at 5.30 larh.. but nvm, at least i get to slp in the car, so not so bad. by the way, i shifted to sengkang, which is like the other end? the north of singapore.. lol.. aiya..no more hanging arnd at tm lerh.. sorta missed that, but now go compasspoint le loh.. budden there again, noone i know -.-ll so there's practically no reason for me to go there lerh.. sadded.. =(

okayy.. this is suppose to be my homework for last week.. but i nvr do.. so now im doing it=) im guai lorh..at least got do.. lol! self praise. anw.. friday's match didnt turn out the way we wanted it to.. we lost to VS Again.. -.-ll like last year.. 4-1.. well.. on the other hand.. our C boys won green view>>3-2.. so.. they would be fightin with another sch for 1st n 2nd plc.. if im not wrong, its VS again.. lol ==.. jiayou Cboys. tmr, B boys and girls would both be playing at VS .. for 3RD n 4th.. Bgals against dunman high, Bboys against Tampines sec.. gd luck team members and seniors =) tues wld be Cboys' final.. oops... missed out Cgirls.. they wld be havin their match in sch tmr.(home ground) but im not sure against which sch...

aiyoyo.. i got carried away with all that.. so here's the assignment..i wld be doing both the topics.. well, here's my opinion about green mile.

i feel that green mile is a very touching movie. after the movie, i was sort of sad. ppl said that everyone shld be given a 2nd chance, what more those who realised their mistakes?? most of the characters in the movie are sorry for what they have done.. but they were nvr given a 2nd chance.. a 2nd chance for them to retrieve their freedom.. to change the opinion of others towards them.. i pity john coffey.. he's INNOCENT! and he's a nice man larh.. he help ppl lorh.. its so saddening.. the part whereby john was brought to the electric chair.. aiya, the whole procedure actually.. so is it really true that ppl always get a 2nd chance to change? i dun think so... its abit unfair larh.. esp to those who are innocent. hmm.. the ending of the movie was okayy only larh, not vry fantastic.. but on the whole.. the movie is a success.. and definitely a very good effort. i LIKE it=)

so, the next part is also sort of linked to the movie larh.. its about capital punishment.. there are many pros and cons to capital punishment.. som say that capital punishment can instill fear in criminals, deterring them frm commitin crime.. but does that really work? i mean.. for some, mayb yes.. but wat bout those hu arent afraid of death? i mean.. not everyone wld be afraid of this kind of thing wat. personally, i feel that capital punishment is necessary. imagine u r a victim, how wld u feel if u r murdered? lol.. kayys.. u wld b dead, wldnt be able to feel anything. if u offended that some1 n got killed.. tts not so bad.. but what about those victims who are innocent? capital punishment can punish the criminal and at the same time, bring justice to the victim and his/her family members. an eye for an eye.. anw. there are still lots of other pnts on capital punishment.. shall not write them here, but put them on my worksht instead.. haha.. if nt mr tan wld be readin the same info again.. haha.. the end of assignment..

this is lame larh..im back at the com lab right after i reach class.. lol.. n i just went back to class from the COM LAB! the same one somemore... haha! took the oscar thingie..lol.. my interest is S`I and sth else..D?.. 4got lerh.. hmm.. my most preferred job matches with my interest, but not with the ability.. lol.. nvm..expected. come on, im only 15?

haha.. anw, will work towards that. anyway, just rmbed, took the personality test last week.. and im a rare person okay??!! must treasure me lorh! haha! ppl like me are decreasing rapidly in numbers.. lol!-.-ll guess what? im a pure S person.. lol.. rare xl hehe.. mrs goh say de lorh.. hmm.. but wierd, wats so special about an S person? lol!

well, today school was quite slack. had tingxie. die lah..haha! actually all learn properly de, then reach tingxie that time suddenly all blank out lah! so unusual.. lol!..well, so the whole period was tingxie. aft tt was elect-mr tan=) what did he went thru ar? (testbook) lol! well.. its about coniferous? haha.. oops.. 4got. lol! aft this go do geog wrkbk, well, aft elect was mths. as usual loh.. mr poh with his SWEETS! haha.. we learned erm... graph of quadratic functions or sth lyk tt. aft mths, english! we went tent to watch greenmile. lol.. the show getting more exciting? haha.. but the electric chair part so poor thing larh.. the DEL? was it his name? not vry sure.. the stupid PERCY nvr wet the sponge..omG! i pity tt guy on the chair larh! LITERALLY COOKED! aft that was REceSs! lol.. TT CLIQUE went for recess. but without viv and huikian! jealous larh.. they got early recess, cos tcher nv come.. haha.. aft recess got core.. wah! we got into the avT. mr yeow vry serious. talked to us bout many things. act i sortof agree with him larh.well.. we got back our class test. or was it a common test? hmm.. he said half the cls failed. test upon 25. highest was meixuan.. with 23.. cool =) well.. i so freaking scared when he said that larh.. scared i wld fail. then i wld get my 1st red mark in the year. i dowan larh! >.< .. anw.. duno heard frm who, but he said 3G ppl did badly.. lol.. but in the end was quite okay rgt? i duno.. well.. i didnt fail! yay! haha.. glad.. no REDmarks.well.. but i reckon i could have done better!

act, i nv study 4 the test. act do u even need to really study 4 the test? i mean, personally, i feel, if u pay attention in cls is okay le rgt? pay attention n make notes, then everything in yr brain le.. before test just bring out the notes and read thru can le =) tt was wat i did larh.. went to ask mr yeow. he said if i had expanded more, add one more point 4 qns 1a, i would have gotten much higher marks le.. he said maybe can even get full marks of lv4, and move on to lv 5.. cool! should have written more. but not enough time >.<.well.. anw, aft hist, we end sch le! lol.. not really larh, but we got spt. then slack arnd .. went canteen eat lunch. then aft that faster chiong a cab with melek dwn to tamp sec. support bgals. crucial match. against tamp sec. lol.. they playing at their home grnd. so we muz perform even better. by the time we reached there, it was already the 1st doubles. we asked arnd n found out that we won the 1st singles. yay! ah-ma is the best =) the whole 5 games are all vry close fights. we managed to win the 1st doubles. here comes the deciding match- 2nd singles. we were playing against their best singles-kelly(same name. haha! i noe her too=) ) it was really a super tough fight. but we managed to win! cool! we won lerh! we were super happy larh! now that another sch is down, our nxt opponent wld b plmgs lerh! jiayou snrs! you'all can do it de! wed i aft assembly immediately pia dwn! =) haha.. take cabbie again.. mayb with melek if she is free.. if not then chiong there myself =) suppose its gona be one real tough fight with PL. wow.. its really a long post yarr? haha.. haven do my last revision for bio.. tmr got bio test. wish me luck! =) haha! lol! anw, still got geog to do. better get going lerh! =) buhbyee~ =)

today was a super tiring day. had assembly. todays assembly is okay lah.. not as bad..3A, B , C had their talenttime performance. i think i lyk 3A's better. the fact that they included their form teacher into the performance. ( thumbs up) . their stomp is so cute lah... especially the last part. mr mok march in and salute.. so cute! haha!

3C's is hmm...how shld i put it.. cute? fun? amazing? brave? .. haha! i like the part whereby the guy acted as mr chua.. its like so similar can.. got future... haha! i sort of like their video.. introduce the members in the cls, then show their fotos when they were young.. the ending of the assembly was quite draggy, but nvm, over le. haha..

aft that had trng.. then went hm bathe, chnge, chiong dinner, then chiong to tuition cls le.. aiyo! in the end late.. late by 15 min sommre. tuition ended at 9.30. mum fetch me home. sian, haven do homework yet.. then went to do loh.. do finish le then play game 4 awhile. then now come update . haha! tmr sch atrt 8.50.. cool, can slp later abit. but actually it doesnt make a diff 4 me.. cos i slp later when i get to wake up later.. lol!

hmm.. hi guys.. well.. its now 11.45... and im doing my first posting.. well this post is for my english work... well.. there is a given topic - NUTs.. personally, i feel that if i really start writing about NUTS, i wld go NUTs or bonkers. so i've decided against it.. hehe =)

well.. im gona share y i chose zhong ji yi ban as my blog's music..
well.. basically, its about a bunch of gangsters and rebellions.. they dont do well in their studies.. however.. they pledge their loyalty to friendships. they would definitely stand up for their friend if something happens. they share a common goal and had many experiences together with one another...
